Linda Dyer

As the office administrator for all of McDermott & Clawson, Linda Dyer is responsible for our human resources, payroll, accounts receivable and payable, electronic billing, insurance programs, the creation and maintenance of our procedure manuals, and the coordination of our operations. She is based in our Orange office.

Background

Prior to joining McDermott & Clawson in 1992, Ms. Dyer had 20 years of experience working for insurance companies in their workers' compensation claims departments. She held various positions including investigator, claims adjuster, claims supervisor, and assistant claims manager. She also created and managed a training unit to train newly hired claims adjusters.

In her leisure time, Linda enjoys hiking, gardening, her cats, and comparing wines — she is an active member of the Orange County Wine Society.
