Peter J. Lackey, III, brings more than 25 years of experience to McDermott & Clawson. He joined the firm in 2002 and has since been using his wealth of legal experience and knowledge to effectively defend clients involved in workers’ compensation disputes. He practices out of our Inland Empire/San Bernardino office.
Background
Mr. Lackey graduated from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona, in 1973 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management. In 1981, he earned his Juris Doctorate from Southwestern University School of Law and was subsequently admitted to the California Bar.
After graduating from law school, Mr. Lackey gained invaluable legal experience at a number of respected law firms in Southern California as well as at the State Compensation Insurance Fund. He was also a partner at the Law Office of Wolf & Lackey and the Law Office of Wolf, Lackey & Marsey before opening a solo practice.
In addition to his casework at McDermott & Clawson, he is an active member of the firm’s Education Committee.
