Laura J. Roopenian

For more than a decade, Laura Roopenian has been providing superior legal representation to clients involved in insurance and workers’ compensation disputes. Ms. Roopenian came to McDermott & Clawson in 2003, bringing with her a wealth of knowledge and valuable experience. A dedicated attorney, she is an asset both to our firm and our clients.

Background

Ms. Roopenian was admitted to the California Bar in 1997 after obtaining a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Administrative Studies at the University of California, Riverside, and a Juris Doctor at the University of Pacific McGeorge School of Law. Prior to joining our firm, she worked in the field of civil insurance defense litigation.

She is a member of the Los Angeles Bar Association, the San Fernando Valley Bar Association, and the Christian Legal Society.

In addition to her work as a practicing attorney, Ms. Roopenian also enjoys teaching and is an adjunct professor of business law.
